The service

The platform connects your system to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you are allowed to manage: publishing, reading posts and comments, replying, and sending events to your system. It does not manage customers or sales; your system remains the source of truth for your customer data.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your workspace's passwords and API keys secret, for everything done with them, and for the roles of the users you invite.

Acceptable use

You follow Meta's terms and Community Standards, connect only Pages you are authorised to manage, and do not use the platform for spam or unlawful content. What you publish is your responsibility.

Data

We process your Pages' data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy. You decide where events are sent and are responsible for what your system does with them. Privacy policy

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it depends on Meta and can be affected by changes or outages on their side. The service is provided as is, without further warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. You can cancel your workspace at any time; its data is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from using the service or its unavailability.

Changes

We may change these terms and will announce material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
